Hundreds of Lithuanians lined the streets to honor the transfer of the remains of four American servicemen who died on a NATO training mission. “We understand what honorable duty is.” When the American servicemen’s remains arrived at Dover Air Force Base, Trump was golfing. No reason to honor “losers and suckers” when one can better host - er - be an “invited guest” at a million-dollar- a- plate candlelit (aka shady) dinner at Mar-a-Lago. You can’t monetize dead soldiers. This shambling shyster would rather schmooze with wealthy Saudis on the golf course than honor our American soldiers’ ultimate sacrifice. Always what’s in it for him, never what’s in it for us. This is just another reason why thousands of Americans took to the streets across the country to protest Trump’s travesties on April 5. It won’t be the last. Buckle up, America. There is ample reason for our outrage. It is our honorable duty to make good trouble; to stand up for our Constitution and our democracy.
