Trump needs a tariff intervention. His mental illness/ narcissism prevents him from backing down so the adults need to step in and give him a time out. The House and the Senate MUST pass a bill that restricts Trump’s ability to set tariffs. After all the House is supposed to have the power of the purse. It’s time they grow up, grow a pair, and reassert this Constitutional power. Trump is cornered, lashing out, threatening greater tariff retaliation, a vicious downward spiral with no end in sight. He is incapable of stopping. He can admit no wrong. He is making America poor, setting us up for recession, and destroying our world reputation....all will be little more than ashes if our Representatives and Senators allow this to go on. Stop him. Put him in tariff time out. Give America a break before he breaks America.
